- 1987
The Lancashire Group was founded by Ian McDonnell and awarded its Private Patrol Operator License.
- 1992
Incorporated in the State of California as TLG, Inc.
- 1993
TLG acquired its 100th account.
- 1994-2000
TLG grew into a multi-million dollar security service provider and became known for it's commitment to relationships.
- 2001
TLG secured licenses in several West Coast states to provide services for clients with multiple branches.
- 2002
To further accommodate its clients’ needs around the nation, TLG embarked on a national expansion plan using alliances as far-reaching as the East Coast.
- 2003
TLG successfully launched its Valet Service Division for one of the largest hospitals in the S.F. Bay Area.
- 2005
TLG successfully launched its Shuttle Transportation Division for government contracts in the State of California.
- 2006
Ian McDonnell, CEO of TLG, Inc., was elected Treasurer of a local chapter of IAHSS and soon became Vice-Chair.
- 2008
TLG unfolds a large-scale program to celebrate the contribution of its employees. TLG launches new website.
